A resilient health system is characterized by its ability not only to cope with unforeseen challenges but also to adapt and strengthen in response to the changing needs of its populace. It embodies traits such as flexibility, robustness, and the capacity to recover swiftly from adversity.

Organizing Department

A dynamic center of medical education, research, and community engagement. Established in 2004, we've been at the forefront of shaping healthcare leaders through our MBBS undergraduate program, emphasizing preventive medicine and community health. In 2011, the MD Community Medicine program has been launched, deepening our commitment to research and advanced public health training.

Call for abstracts

The Scientific Committee of IAPSMUPUKCON 2024 welcomes the submission of abstracts of research work for oral or poster presentations during the conference. Submissions are invited for the topics listed under the sub-themes. Best oral and poster presentations will be selected and awarded across various sub-themes.

Abstracts for oral presentations and posters submission closes on 31st August 2024.

Guidelines for abstract submission:

• All abstract submissions should have a precise and informative title. Kindly avoid any type of abbreviations in the title. The title should be followed by the names of all the authors of the study, their designations, affiliated Institute/s, email id, and contact details.
  
• In the abstract, the Presenting author’s name should be bold & underlined.
  
• Abstracts should be structured with the subheadings: Background, Objectives, Methods, Results, and Conclusion along with 3-5 relevant keywords.
  
• The abstract should be limited to a number of 200-250 words.
  
• The type of font should be Times New Roman with size of 12.
  
• The final decision regarding mode of presentation (oral/poster) lies with the screening committee.
